ARTICLE 5 : PACKAGE INSPECTION ON RECEIPT
When you receive your parcel, it is essential to check its condition. If the products are damaged, we advise you to refuse delivery. Climbing Shoes will settle the dispute with the carrier and send you a replacement product. Once the parcel has been accepted and the delivery note signed, no further recourse is possible. You must therefore check the condition of the goods before signing the delivery note. Any anomaly noted after the slip has been signed will not give rise to any claim against the carrier.
ARTICLE 6: RETRACTION/RETURN POLICY
In accordance with current legislation on distance selling, you have a cooling-off period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the package, in which case you will be reimbursed or the product will be exchanged. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Contact us to obtain a return number, but please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The product must be returned in good condition, with all accessories and not used. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (Article 121-20-2).
ARTICLE 7: RIGHT OF RETURN, EXCHANGE, CREDIT NOTE
You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your parcel to return it to us at your expense (in part or in full), see article 8. In the case of an item exchange, we reserve the right to ask you to contribute to the postage costs for the new shipment. Once the 14-day period has expired, we reserve the right to take back one or more items on a commercial basis at the same or a lower price than the original purchase price. This trade-in will take the form of a credit note valid for 6 months.
ARTICLE 8 : WARRANTY
The products we sell are manufactured by leading brands for their reliability and quality of workmanship. As such, the customer benefits from a manufacturer's warranty which covers the legal warranty against all hidden defects. This guarantee is subject to normal use of the product. Defective goods will be returned at the customer's expense and risk. VD Distribution cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by inadequate packaging. We strongly advise you to pack the defective product properly. Products returned with postage due will be systematically refused. After intervention by the after-sales service, the goods are returned to the customer at our expense. If the returned equipment has not been authorized for return and/or is not affected by a defect within the scope of the warranty, it will be returned to the customer carriage forward.
