DELIVERY TERMS AND RATES - METROPOLITAN FRANCE / CORSICA AND REST OF THE WORLD
Our delivery times are given as an indication, we endeavour to respect them, however SARL VD Distribution cannot be held responsible for a delay in delivery.
Orders received before 12 noon are processed the same day and dispatched the same day or the following day.
The stated delivery time is based on the date on which the goods are dispatched. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are added to the initial delivery time.
Delivery times vary according to the type of transport chosen (FRANCE EXPRESS or COLISSIMO).

In metropolitan France and Corsica, postage is free for purchases over €80. For purchases under €80, postage is €8.
In Zone 1 (French Guiana / Guadeloupe / Martinique / Reunion / St Pierre et Miquelon / St Barth / St Martin / Mayotte) postage is €18.
In Zone 2 (Germany / Austria / Belgium / Bulgaria / Cyprus / Denmark / Spain / Finland / Greece / Hungary / Ireland / Italy / Latvia / Lithuania / Luxembourg / Malta / Netherlands / Poland / Portugal / Czech Republic / Romania / United Kingdom / Slovakia / Slovenia / Sweden / + Switzerland + Norway) postage is 28 €.
RIGHT OF RETURN, EXCHANGE, CREDIT NOTE
You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your parcel to return it to us at your expense (in part or in full), see article 8.
In the case of an item exchange, we reserve the right to ask you to contribute to the postage costs for the new shipment.
Once the 14-day period has expired, we reserve the right to take back one or more items on a commercial basis at the same or a lower price than the original purchase price.
This trade-in will take the form of a credit note valid for 6 months.
